RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At A Gentle Heart, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
